The story

Belotti Bottega (Italian: shop) finishes the full circle for the Belotti. Before the birth of Belotti Ristorante on College Ave, Chef Belotti and wife Joyce were originally looking for a location for a quick service pasta shop, which was meant to focus on bringing their hearty pasta to an everyday casual spot. Serendipitously, they found the location for the "ristorante," but not the "bottega" until now. Belotti Bottega will serve as an outlet for Chef Belotti to make his flavor accessible to more people at home, at work, or at parties.

Catering

We want to bring Belotti food to your homes, offices, and parties!

Each party is treated individually based on preferences. Chef Belotti will tailor a menu that suits your needs, please see our “Catering” page with more information and ;et us know what you need!

We offer a no-service catering option for lunch and dinner. The food is dropped off at the event location (if within 6 mile radius from Bottega) or picked up at our shop. Our food comes packaged in platters or aluminum food containers depending on items and usually paper napkins and disposable cutlery are included.

All catered events that require delivery are subject to a $25 transportation fee.

All catering requests need 48-hour advanced notice.

Fresh Pasta, Sauces, Spuntini

Belotti signature fresh pasta, along with customer's favorite sauces for at home recreation of Belotti flavor. In addition, Italian spuntini items for picnics, parties, or for just that "wine, salumi, and cheese" kind of night.
